1. Customizable Products:

  • Non-Returnable: Most of our products are customizable, making them unique to each customer’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are non-returnable.
  • Exceptions: However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective item, or a product with incorrect customization, we will provide a full refund as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund.

2. Non-Customizable Products:

  • Return Policy: For non-customizable products, we offer a full refund upon return of the product in its original condition.

3. Replacement Policy:

  • Customizable Products: Make a video while opening the parcel. In case of damaged, defective, or wrong customization, we offer a 7-day replacement policy. Please contact us via email, contact form on our website, or WhatsApp to initiate the replacement process.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their order, the following cancellation policy applies:
    • If cancellation is requested within 1 hour of placing the order, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
    • If the cancellation request is made after 1 hour and before dispatch from our side, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
    • However, once the product is dispatched from our side, cancellation cannot be accommodated, and no refund will be provided.

Process of Returns:

  • Initiating Returns: Should you need to return a product, please follow these steps:
    • Send us a Return Request email mentioning your product name, product code, and invoice number as mentioned on your invoice.
    • You will receive a unique Return Authorization Code from us. Quote this number in all transactions to make a valid return and be eligible for refunds or replacements.
    • Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all materials that originally shipped with it.
  • Timeline: All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery for customizable products and within 15 days for non-customizable products.

Refund Time Frame:
Refunds will be processed and initiated within 8-10 business days from the date of approval and as per the above conditions.

Shipping returns
